Apple smoked bacon (from time to time) - our own dry cured back or streaky bacon gently smoked over Bramley Apple wood chips.

Cherry smoked dry cured bacon - gently and slowly smoked over local cherry wood chips.

These products are smoked in our own smoker carefully watched over  to ensure that the flavour of the wood enhances the meat without smothering the natural flavour of our pork.

Hi David, I've just finished eating one of your pork chops which I bought in Wimbledon this morning and it was absolutely delicious. I was tempted to lick the plate! This is what pork used to be like. So much of the supermarket pork smells of and tastes of pig-swill, and their sausages do too. Your pork is absolutely ace. Dear David, Many thanks for your EXCELLENT hog roast on the 5 July 2008 I just wanted to thank you on behalf of the trustees of Go Help, and the Mongolian Community for the brilliant hog roast you laid on at Highbury Fields on the 5th July 2008. It was without a doubt the centrepiece of the show, and ensured that all the revellers were not left to go hungry. We have had many favourable reports about the pig's flavour, and the great crackling, and some requests asking for your details, with regards to private hire, and your availability_ Not to mention Isl ington Council's wish that you cater for more of their open air events. It was our first experience organising the London Naadam, but we are sure to make it an annual event, and hope that we can make you a regular fixture at the event. Your products were very well received by the 30,000 members of the public that attended both the Marylebone, and Wimbledon Fayres.
