Our product range is always under review and we add new items from time to time. 

Currently we offer the following products: (see the pictures below)

Fresh Pork joints that will make your mouth water. A succulent leg or a boned and rolled loin will enhance any dinner. For a more simple occasion why not try our superb jumbo pork chops or fresh tenderloin.

If want a quick snack our fresh pork and apple burgers just cannot be beaten for quality.

Our freshly handmade sausages go down a treat at any meal - especially as there is such a choice - Traditional, Chipolatas, Gluten-free Toulouse, Pork with Red Onion Marmalade, Pork with Tomato and Basil, Pork and Leek, and the king of all sausages Pork with apple and cider brandy. Random tests on our sausages show that they contain less than 10% fat.

The range of cured pork products we offer includes our Downland Ham made in the traditional way is the filling for a perfect sandwich or as the foundation for a substantial salad and it is the perfect accompaniment to egg and chips. 

For breakfast our range of bacon will make you feel hungry: Dry cure back or streaky either green or smoked. We even smoke our own bacon. The streaky is sliced so thinly that it crisps up quickly so none of the flavour is lost. 

Cooked products also feature with Faggots, Bath Chaps and Pays Paté.
