Look out for our new Products. Apple smoked bacon - our own dry cured back or streaky bacon gently smoked over Bramley Apple wood chips. Cherry smoked dry cured bacon - gently and slowly smoked over local cherry wood chips. These products are smoked in our own smoker carefully watched over to ensure that the flavour of the wood enhances the meat without smothering the natural flavour of our pork. |
Quality Wiltshire Pork - Product List
Our pork is prepared fresh and our sausages are handmade to various recipes.
We do not always make the full range every week just to 'ring the changes' for our customers after all variety is the spice of life ! However, our Traditional sausages are our top line and are always available.
Our beef comes from our neighbours farm in Lacock from a South Devon Herd. The meat is hung for at least 23 days producing mature cuts high in flavour and extremely tender.
